A few things about Trains

1. It is funny to me how things that used to be so mundane and sometimes irritating before children can all the sudden be so exciting. Getting stopped by a train used to be one of those things, but with having a two year old in the car it suddenly becomes a fun event.

2. The other day my sister and I were driving home, we were at a stop light just about to cross 377 when a train started to pass. As we are waiting at the light we notice the train is getting slower and slower and eventually comes to a complete stop (so you cannot cross over 377). We wait for a few minutes while some cars at the light try to change lanes to go a different direction. After about five more minutes we decide we to would try to go a different direction as well. We are able to get over and make a left turn, so now we are driving parallel to the stopped train. As we pass the front of the train we notice a man walking back from the 7-11, with a bag in his hand, he hops onto the front car and starts the train up. So traffic was backed up and people could not get where they were going all because a train conductor wanted a burrito! I did not know they could even do that.

3. Mason loves to play with his train set that Uncle Chris, Aunt Jennifer and Preston got him for Christmas. He was playing with him the other day and I thought it was a perfect opportunity to snap a few pictures of my little boy!
